1. Custom Orders – No Returns or Exchanges
As all of our jackets are made to order based on your selected style, size, and specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a jacket that is:

Incorrect in size, color, or design (not matching your confirmed order)

Damaged during shipping

Has visible manufacturing defects
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, including:

Custom orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a 25% restocking/design fee
