At Next Jackets, customer satisfaction is our priority. Each jacket is made with premium materials and skilled craftsmanship. Due to the custom nature of our products, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns. Please read the policy below carefully.



1. Custom Orders – No Returns or Exchanges

As all of our jackets are made to order based on your selected style, size, and specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless the product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.



2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a jacket that is:

  • Incorrect in size, color, or design (not matching your confirmed order)

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Has visible manufacturing defects

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, including:


  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

3. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order:

  • You may cancel within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund

  • After 24 hours, production may have begun, and cancellation is no longer guaranteed

  • Custom orders canceled after 24 hours may incur a 25% restocking/design fee



4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds and returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements provided by the customer

  • Slight color variation due to screen differences or natural leather textures

  • Delays caused by courier companies or customs

  • Customer changed their mind after order completion

We strongly encourage customers to review sizing and customization details carefully before confirming their order.



5. Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • For approved returns or exchanges, return shipping may be covered depending on the situation and region

  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition with tags (if applicable)



6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days. We will notify you via email once your refund has been issued.
